In difference to the classical design the snare wires of our tamburo provenzionale drums are mounted on the resonating head side and can be tightend by the standard aural strainer.This permits easier playing and additionally the drum is mounted on rims. These slight modifications to the classic design thus offer a more controlled sound while leaving the traditional sound characteristics untouched.
